Pricing Policy and Payment Methods
The price of each product is the one displayed on the website and always refers to the unit price. Any price change will not affect orders already placed and electronically confirmed by Tudor Personal Tailor.
All product prices presented on the website are expressed in lei (RON) and include value added tax (VAT). Delivery costs outside the Fan Courier coverage area or outside Romania are not included.
For each order, a VAT invoice will be issued, which will contain all the mandatory legal information.
Payment methods for individuals
- In cash or by bank card
- Raiffeisen Multibonus (maximum 6 installments).
Payment methods for legal entities
- Bank transfer, based on the proforma invoice issued by Tudor Personal Tailor. A copy of the payment order certifying the payment will be sent to Tudor Personal Tailor at the address online@tudor-tailor.com.
In the case of electronic payments, Tudor Personal Tailor is not/cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the buyer, including but not limited to: commissions of any kind, differences resulting from currency conversion (if applicable), etc.
Online payments are processed through the Mobilpay payment system, which involves making payments via cards in a secure environment.
