To which countries does Tudor. PErsonalTailor deliver?
Tudor. Personal Tailor offers free delivery in Romania via Fan Courier and delivery in Europe via UPS, FEDEX, and DHL, at a fixed cost of €50 for any country.
How long does it take until I receive the products and what is the shipping cost?
The products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the indicated address or to the Tudor Personal Tailor showroom, according to the term specified in the description of each product. This term may vary between a maximum of 3 days for products in stock and between 30-40 days for products made to order outside the ceremony season, respectively 40-45 days during the ceremony period.
How can I track my package?
As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number (AWB).
Are gift cards also valid for online orders?
Gift cards can only be used for purchases made in Tudor showrooms. Personal Tailor.
Can I purchase gift cards online?
Yes, you can also purchase a gift card online. The available values are: 500 RON, 1000 RON, 1500 RON, 2000 RON or products: shirt or shoes made to measure.
What is the expiration date of gift cards?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase.
How can I find out if a product that is no longer in stock will be back in stock?

Do I need to create an account to order?
You do not need to have an account to complete an order. Its role is to facilitate subsequent orders. In addition, with the help of the account you can keep track of the orders you have made or create a list of the products you want.
Can I order custom-made products on the website?
Yes, you can order custom-made products if you are a Tudor customer and the dimensions we have in the system have not changed. Otherwise, you will need to visit one of our showrooms where the master tailor will take your measurements, which will remain recorded in the system for your future orders.
Under what conditions can I exchange/return a product?
Products can be exchanged/returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from purchase. The condition for exchange/return is that the product is at the standard at the time of shipment. More details can be found in the "Delivery and Returns" section.
