We deliver the ordered products to the address specified by you or directly to the Tudor Personal Tailor showrooms in Bucharest, Cluj and Timisoara. To change the address or delivery method, please inform us by e-mail at online@tudor-tailor.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery to Address

Delivery to the specified address is made by Fan Courier express courier, between 09:00-17:00, on working days. The courier will try to contact you by phone before delivery. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a notice and will try the delivery again. If the second delivery attempt fails, the package will be temporarily stored. You have 15 days to request a new delivery, the costs being borne by you. According to Fan Courier policy, if you do not request delivery within 15 days, the contract will be considered terminated, and the advance payment paid will be retained as compensation.

Delivery to Showroom

Products delivered to Tudor Personal Tailor showrooms must be picked up within 6 months of the date set for delivery. If you do not pick up the products within this period, the contract will be considered terminated and the amounts paid will be retained as compensation.

Delivery Areas

Deliveries to areas served by Fan Courier are free. Details of the areas served can be found here . Deliveries outside these areas or under other conditions will be borne by you, according to the Fan Courier pricing policy.

International Deliveries

International deliveries are made via DHL, with costs borne by you and calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

Multiple Orders

In the case of orders with multiple products, delivery may be made in multiple installments, but delivery costs will be invoiced only once, if applicable.

Availability and Delivery Times

We strive to process your order by the date specified in your delivery confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen events or manufacturing reasons. In such cases, we will inform you and give you the option to hold the order with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a refund of the amount paid.

This chapter applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store by individuals or groups of individuals formed into associations.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the ordered products. In the case of an order with several products delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the date on which you acquire possession of the last product. This date can be verified by the delivery documents provided by the courier.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement, using the contact details available on our website here . You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the 14-day period expires.

Return of Products

The products must be returned without undue delay, within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal, to the address: Calea Floreasca 112, sector 1. If the products were collected in person from a Tudor Personal Tailor showroom, the return will be made to the same location. The deadline is met if the products are sent before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The costs of returning the products will be borne exclusively by you. If you opt for a cash on delivery return, we have the right to refuse to accept the package. A full refund will only be made if the returned products are in their original condition, without physical changes, signs of wear or the lack of labels and related documentation. The responsibility for damage or loss of the returned product lies exclusively with the buyer. If the product has been used and cannot be returned in perfect condition, Tudor Personal Tailor will not be able to refund its value. You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products caused by improper handling.

We may postpone the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide proof that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following types of contracts:

  • Service contracts, after the full completion of the services, if execution has begun with your express prior consent.
  • Contracts for products made to your specifications or customized to your requests.
  • Contracts for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by you.
  • Contracts for goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements after delivery.
  • Contracts where you have specifically requested an intervention at your home for urgent repair or maintenance work.
